These sessions are designed to be completely confidential and focused on your needs. At the end of the call you will be in a position to know if you’d like to work together. Even if you decide not to proceed you’ll leave the session with more insight into what is keeping you stuck and some tangible actions to take to move towards a better work and life balance.

  • Sometimes plans change. If you become unavailable for a booked session, we can rearrange for an alternative slot. My commitment is to complete the work in a spirit of mutual trust and to be flexible. To that end a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Any session that is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
